The Abbey Mill Centre is the perfect place to stop after a bracing walk along a Wye Valley ridge or a visit to the ruins at Tintern. It gets its name from a picturesque water wheel still turned by a stream, and offers some of the best casual dining along the lower Wye.
The coffee shop is first class, famous for teacake, pies, and other lunchtime or afternoon favourites. Local produce and crafts are also available for purchase.
